most important things in our lives, so we want to help by offering our co-ordination service.

We use only the highest quality, very reliable suppliers to ensure a flawless and fantastic

Hire of Chitcombe Farm Weddings including co-ordinated service is £1000.

This includes the site for set up, 2 days before & clearance the day after with full parking

facilities.

Payment details.  To confirm the venue a deposit of £500 is required. One month

 before the wedding the full amount of £1,000 is required. The day after the wedding, once

 the site has been fully cleared the deposit will be returned (we hope you understand that we

 want to ensure that we and all our other clients are able to enjoy our venue without it being

 ruined by a few who do not care about the environment).

Cancellations We understand that due to unforeseen circumstances your event may

 need to be cancelled. With 8 months notice we can refund the deposit, with less than a

 months notice we will refund the deposit but not the venue hire.

Care for the our farmWe expect all services that you use to take care when

using our site, we just ask that they treat it with respect and care. Vehicles to always

remain on the hard standing area and no one to drive into farm yard (unless approval

given otherwise).
